On-site team building sessions are offered by Takahashi and other Japanese staff, providing a great lesson in sushi making under the tutelage of Takahashi with her culinary knowledge and corporate-world experience. Takahashi spent many years in the corporate world and knows how important team-building activities are. These two-hour sessions conveniently take place at the client’s choosing including on-site, at Nombe, or even outside as weather permits. Typical exercises include sushi making in small teams that ultimately compete against each other, with awards going to the most precise and attractive sushi preparation. Additional food and beverages are available. Prices vary; discounts available depending on number of participants.
