Valentine’s Day dinner is the debut menu of Chef Noriyuki Sugie, who had traveled and worked all over the world at several Michellin Star restaurants.  With French cooking background, Chef Noriyuki combines French cooking technique with Japanese influence using California produce to create wonderful 8-course Kaiseki especially for you and your love.

Now we offer 3 types of build-your-own Ramen.

Three broths are featured:

Tonkotsu, a rich pork bone–based white broth
Black Tan Tan-men, a black sesame–based spicy soup
Miso

All broths are $8 and garnished with bean sprouts, scallions, onsen tamago and seaweed. The Tonkotsu is additionally flavored with Kombu and ginger.
